Short Answer: Yes, Repenting sincerely will result in forgiveness from God. Long Answer: Unlike what many people think, Shirk is only unforgivable IF the person doing shirk dies in that state without repenting sincerely. That is the case for those who have been muslims at some time or are non-muslims.
